Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

subconscious mind 90% of the day, conscious mind 10% of the day

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a technique that induces a calm and relaxed state through guided meditation, deep concentration, and abstract visualization. This sensory and trance experience is also known as hypnosis. During this state, the client is able to engage with their subconscious mind and remain aware and mindful. It is a natural state of mind which we are in 90% of the day, just like in daydreaming. I use hypnosis to guide clients through age regressions and explore their subconscious mind to uncover memories and pathways that have been hidden. By bringing light to these areas, we can help accelerate healing by identifying the root issues and allow the analytical conscious mind to process it.

Also, we may uncover emotional and shock responses that have not been released out of the body and nervous system. We will work together to express and extinguish the emotions and release energetic blocks. This is a transformational experience that can help discover the source of unhealthy patterns and behaviors, inner child wounds, trauma, addictions, eating disorders, toxic relationships, dissociation, codependency and the victim/drama triangle. In some cases, we may explore past life regression, womb regression, soul retrieval and ancestral healing. The goal of hypnotherapy is to empower the client by releasing and healing inner conflicts and dissolving trauma that have been holding them back. Ultimately, this creates a healing pathway for the client to become whole and complete again.

Age Regression

A therapeutic process used during hypnosis to encourage clients to revert back to a younger state of mind to revisit childhood memories, traumatic or life changing events, womb experiences, and even past life lessons. In this safe environment, we can bring understanding to the impact of the unhealthy behaviors and choices that were made during these times. We will work together to help express and extinguish any emotional blockage that is held within the nervous system. This will help the client break free from toxic cycles and release the hold of unwanted memories and trauma, so they can move forward and live a more fulfilled life.

Past Life Regression

The study of epigenetics tells us that trauma can be passed down by previous generations and imprint on our DNA and nervous system. With this similar school of thought, many believe unresolved issues and trauma can be carried over from past lives. Through the hypnosis age regression process, the client is guided to a past life experience. By exploring an entire past life incarnation, the client may access memories and insights that connect to their current life challenges. This form of therapy may offer answers to why certain patterns and cycles continually show up in the client’s life. The goal is to help the client release and break free from any unhealthy patterns and cycles as well as outdated agreements from the past life.

Akashic Records Reading

The Akashic Records is a metaphorical, symbolic, and mystical place archiving all universal events, thoughts, ideas, and emotions from the past, present, and future. It is a collective consciousness that extends beyond all dimensions, time, and space. It may be a difficult idea to grasp, but this concept has been around for centuries throughout world traditions, religions, and spiritual studies. We can find similar references to a “cosmic knowledge” in Ancient India, Greek mythology, and Egyptian hieroglyphics. This cosmic knowledge is a universal library containing a record of all life events, including a person’s soul journey and all their past life experiences and wisdom. Through a guided hypnotherapy session, clients may access their Akaskic Records and find information that may help to explain and clarify their current life situation and patterns. This type of therapy works best for clients who are open-minded to seeking answers from a spiritual and abstract method.

Victim/Drama Triangle

Victim/Drama Triangle

Many of our relationships start off and remain in a Victim/Drama Triangle, which was first described by Dr. Stephen Karpman. It is a vicious cycle of interchangeable roles that we play with each other. The “victim” is vulnerable and lacks power to take responsibility, the “rescuer” swoops in and saves the vulnerable victim, and the “persecutor” blames or oppresses the victim and/or rescuer. Once the victim and rescuer team up to call out the persecutor, the persecutor soon falls into the victim role and the cycle begins again with new players. Hypnotherapy can help us find awareness, identify these roles, and understand how to stop the cycle from repeating.
